87 & 92Model 250 Ninja's

One of my mates recently crashed his 92 Ninja 250 up the back of a car and totaled the front end but everything else is fine on it, i was wondering if anyone knew if the parts off the 92 Ninja would be compatable to my 87 Ninja, he told me its an import model like mine aswell...
