I've got a spare L for the GPz1100 - they look the same in the photos (duh!) except for that bracket-thing running under the caliper. Have you got part number/close up photo?

I have stripped the thread on the nipple when i was bleeding the brakes, i nedd the whole unit. Problem is a use the gpx to get to work, so either i have to wait till moinday or try and get one on sunday.

Just had a look at a mate's ZZR250 - the GPz ones won't work, I think. Sorry 'bout that. Free to a good home and everything!

Well, mine was gold (spray can I think); anyways, glad you're back on the road - nothing beats it. Anyone want some gold painted front calipers off a '95 GPz1100 ($50 posted, wasn't it?)

Once upon a time when I had a ZZR250 I just sprayed mine "cast alloy" (K&H brand paints they're great) came up fantastic and over the next 2yrs and lots of commuting never once did it show any sign of cracking or peeling.
Granted it is not some standout colour, but the fact it made them look so smooth clean and basically brand new again that was more than good enough for me.
