Parts (head, barrels, pistons) are at Motorcycle Masters getting refurbished and cleaned up, new valve stem seals, valves lapped, valve seats inspected, light hone of the barrels (remove glazing), new rings.

I havetake the sump off, and cleaned up the oil pump filter screens. No metal, which is good, but bits of other junk (gasket goo). Next, I'm putting the sump back on, and when MM are ready, the engine block goes there for re-assembly.

I'll get there. Motivation plays a part, and also what SWMBO wants me to do, since I work for her.

BTW, does anyone know how to route the overflow hose from radiator filler to overflow tank?
It is the only thing I can't remember. :shock:
