Around 133,000km, Bonester.

It is starting to use a bit of oil though still runs very well. Exhausts are looking a bit fluffy black.

Weird. My ZRX doesn't use any at 127000km. (pretty much the same)
2 X ZRX1200R 4 X ER6N, GT550, 1988 ZX-10, 4 X GPZ250R, 4 X GPZ900R and GPZ750R :) Yeah I like Kawasakis.

I have removed all other engine bolts and the upper frame rails.

Pics here....

Trying to get the lock nuts off.....

I used an air (rattle) gun, however, to no avail.

I may have to trailer it to the shop.

big job - surprised it would need a new top-end with those k's? Did you do a compression test first?

No, but I'm using oil, exhausts are fluffy black, and it seems a good opportunity.
