if ya all set with the whole new clutch guts may as well just use what ya got for now then if ya really need more bite from the heavier springs go down that road later

don't forget to soak the plates in oil before u use them too..
if you're keen at getting greasy fingers and got the time for it, a valve adjustment is prolly a good idea too, no need to get any shims or stuff like that , its just a screw and locknut job.. hard part is usually getting to the valves in the first place! when I did mine it was about 6 hours .. hopefully next time now I know what's what it should be less time spent bent over tinkering with spanners n feeler gauges

your zzr wouldn't be without the bottom fairings by any chance? saw one @ the woolies caltex waiting for the air hose while I was fuelling up when I was down @ wayne's
