Cheers Ry.

Get that center stand off your bike before you do somersaults round a corner!

Apparently when you lean alot the centre stand can dig in, lift your back wheel off the ground and you lose traction...

Depends how aggressively you corner!

It's only 2 bolts and a spring, so you can re-attach in 2minutes if you need to do work on the bike, lube the chain etc

Yeah the centrestand is bad when u lean a lot of you're going through tight uphill corners. It also sent me off the track once. But it is awesome for servicing.

Here's the ZZR250 service manual supplement for the GPZ250 service manual. I've been hosting it for years:

If you can't open rar files the get some software from here: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

I've been looking for one too!!!
By the looks of it I'm going to have to fork over some hard earned to get one!
They are around $35
I did a google search for 99924-1066-01 and there is afew mobs offering it,
My Fan Switch and Temp sensors arent working, Well the fan works when you put power to it, but not when the bikes hot!
I'm going to tear out the thermostat and see if thats the problem!
But the manual would be so much handier!

Sorry for not responding earlier. Unfortunately the file size is too large to email (28MB and 38MB) and my ISP will not allow over 10 MB. I have provided a number of CD's to members here. If you send me a PM with your address I will send a CD to you as and when convenient. Do not post up your address on this forum. I am going to limit this to 5 copies due to cost and time. First in first served.

I do not have the base manual. The front pages of the manuals that I have are as follows: "Ninja 250R, GPX 250R Motor Cycle Service Manual Supplement First Edition Oct 2 1987" and Ninja 250R, GPX 250R Motor Cycle Service Manual Supplement Covers 1988-2005 EX250 - F2 to EX250 - F19".
