Well smek it wasnt a zzr but it was a 250 and the tyres where gpr70 dunlops they are just a great thing really most grip i have ever had in a tyre.

I also had bt45s which were a really good allrounder but lacked grip at the edge if you really wanted to push it and apparently the dunlops do square off easy but i dont commute so that didnt matter.

I have Bridgestone Battlax 45's (BT45'2) on my old bike. They seem reasonable. They have good grip in the wet and are good for scrapin the pegs (I couldn't scrape the pegs on the stock tyres because they sucked ass, back end always slipped out) I have been through 2 sets of these tyres and they have served me good, I can't really complain.

The front tyre has some serious feathering on it though which I can't imagine is good, where I have been to the edge the tyre has curled up and gone brittle. The back tyre is fine though. Good all round tyre and reasonable price.

We fitted a pair Of Bridges BT45s to a my mates Ladies zzr250, they aren't a size that will give you a lot of choice. I'd think these would be close to the best that will fit it n not too expensive.

The arrowmax's that were on my bike when I got it sucked ! I quite like my BT45's though.
