Australian electrical Diagram for 95 zxr750

Postby Bionic » Sat Mar 11, 2006 2:56 pm

Hey guys. Im hoping someone out there will be able to help me.
I have a haynes manual for my bike but the damn thing only has the UK and US models and both of them are different in the wiring department..

The reason why i need this Is that im blowing the IGN fuse all the time and when looking in the manual these other versions dont have this fuse. The Australian bike has like 1 - 2 extra fuses.

If someone could either point me in the right direction on where to obtain a Australian Manual or if someone has one and could scan and email me or photocopy it and Ill pay for the postage.

Cheers guys.

Ok. I have traced the wires now I know what the Ignition Fuse does... And also why its blowing the fuse for. Something wrong with the alternator.
1. It has burned out the plug where the 2 wires go from the alternator to the wiring loom.
Im going to take that off this arvo. And check the regulator and see what else is in there.

While that is off I, going to see where this oil leek is. I know its coming from the clutch slave cilynder but I dont know if its the seal on the outside case or the seal that the rod goes from one side to other for the clutch..

I,ve got the kawasaki manual which has the wiring diagram. My 95 zxr750 did exactly the same thing. i just cut the wires a little shorter as there was some corrosion and replaced the joiner. it worked a treat. I think the corrosion created too much resistance and therfore heat and melted the joiner and also blowing the fuse.
