Try this one,

http://www.bikeland.org/articles/2006_ZX-10R_Review.pdf

The one bit I didn't like is that they weighed the '05 and the '06 and, fully wet, the new bike came out 29lb (13kg) heavier than the old; that puts is scarcely lighter than a ZX9.

Yeah the weight issue is something that is being talked a bit about, but from all accounts it is a lot easier to ride fast.

Yeah Canberra Motorcycle Centre are doing pretty agressive deals at the mo' hit the website..
Don't know what Team Moto are doing them for but suspect they would be something similar... i was actually dissapointed in a review where they said they made the power curve smoother and more useable on the 06.. i like the cranky bitch the way she was... snappy!

I have dealers here in brissy down to 14700 on road 6 months rego for a brand new 06 z1000. or 13500 on road for a brand new 05.

though with money the way it is the z750 is becoming a real possibility within the next few weeks.

Too beat an Uglybus ya need ugly
Bike is designed for that reason alone IMHO, to be the fastest straight liner of all and to make no doubts who holds that claim by a long way.

It will also be a bike for the ego's

(Iknow this how? well I do own a 12R after all...heh.... it is at least sex on wheels..)
