Sounds like a Europe thing... Only 3 faulty reports, and replacing them all..

you'd be keen for a couple track days and then take it in for a free new tyre.. hahahaha

It says 3 cases worldwide, so I guess that would mean the Aussie 10's will be recalled too..

Brett, there's a second page there.

"Kawasaki says it is a "vendor-manufacturing defect in the casting process" that is to blame."

"The checking process of the vendor was not precise enough."

"A more precise x-ray check will be made of all wheels produced and casting improvements will be made to eliminate porosity."

Could it just be, that the ZX10R gets up on the back wheel alittle bit to frequently for the stock rim... hehehehe

Vic fairing repairs, has had 4 zx10's come in for repairs already.. hehehe
One was in there on friday, when up the back of a car that stopped abruptly... The owner has one also.. Passed him a couple of stickers, so he might get on here at some stage, he owns Race Replica also..

I saw some in Elizabeth Street yesterday when I was having a browse.

I really like the look of the ORANGE ZX10Rs. Not that my legs will ever grow long enough to facilitate me riding one BUGGER IT!

Guess its probably a smart idea to learn to ride the 600 I got first...

From all acounts he front wheel doesn't do whole lot anyway. But guess you've gotta turn sooner or later

Well hav'nt heard anything yet, no doubt will. Will be getting my colour coded brake lines fitted at the same I think. Kawasaki Europe and the USA sites have done the official recall, nothing on the recall.gov.au site yet either.
