I have a quick shifter that I am going to fit to my zx14r. Hm type. How long should it take to fit and any tips or tricks?

If you buy standalone "HM" unit try and connect directly to your OEM harness.

I fitted an HM to my ZX10R, the actual fitting took about 5 minutes (plugs into the top of the coils) then just add how long it takes to remove and replace a tank .... About an hour for me LOL

Yes it's an easy fit....

Just depends on how long it takes you to remove everything...!! But having said that if you are unsure, dont worry about how long it will take, just do it step by step and make sure you remember how everything goes back on.. do the install and make sure the wiring is perfect, loomed up nicely with the other wiring and not going to rub on anything.. double check this stuff so you don't get problems in the future...
