I'm sure you can get braided lines for abs models.
Normally braided lines are slightly longer to allow for rearsets

Its a single line from m/c to the pump with 2 junction splitter boxes. 3/4 of the line is solid and 1/4 is rubber. It has no joins in it where i can split the line. Its all flared and welded on. Lol.

Just interwebed and came up with this:

Speigler Part Number S-KA0342A

http://www.spieglerusa.com/brake-line-kit-1717.htm

Requires removal of the swingarm.

Essentially the rearsets want you to move the MC but the steel line to the junction box is too short. Good Design Kawasaki

What a pain but I guess if you want maximum movement out of your rearsets thats what you need to do.

Thanks for the search ;-)
I just emailed them and asked them if it changes the line from the mc to the pump aswell as it looks like in the pic that they retain the stock line and only went braided from pump to caliper.

Apparently they give you a new junction box with a longer hose. Saw a thread on zx10r.net about it.

Painful but a one off and once done never need to do it again.
