Not sure if that's good or bad.

Having a further sticky beak, they didn't put the exhaust servo butterfly in the mid muffler chamber like they did on the 10, makes an after market slip on swap a whole lot easier and don't have worry about FI light.

That OEM exhaust will be the first thing to be chucked off not forgetting the addition of a dangerous fender eliminator!

Are 3 different power modes on a 6 needed?

Still wont say no to one, tis version better!

Depending on what the profiles are the 3 different power modes could be aimed at learners in non-Lams countries.

A learner could 'protect' themselves from the power as they develop their confidence, and It would make the 600 ninja stand out amongst the other 600's.

11+ Gixxer 600 has power mode toggle switch as well, so they really following suit.

Isn't a rider better off being taught how to apply throttle control as opposed to having an electronic device physically restrict them. :?

On the amcn test I did.
I rode the versys 1000 on low power. For about 2 corners.

Thought fuck that! And put it back to full.
It's a de-tuned z1000 engine.

It's there to sell bikes, not to teach people how to ride.

Whatever angle you put on it you can't deny 100+ hp is a head f"*% for a learner, that's why we have the lams scheme because the chances of hurt go up very quickly.

surely it wouldnt be same power as 2006.

having ridden a 2006 and 2009 on the track, the 2009 is much faster on the straight bits.
