Girlfriends 636 was doing that after she washed it, so i pulled the headlight ass out, and found a small crack in the plastic housing, but enough to let water in when she hosed it, bit of stickerflex, prob solved..
so first u need to find how its getting in.. does it get worse after washing? if so it's leaking water in somewhere, dont need much for it to do what's its doing.
If u find a leak and fix it, with the light ass out, take out the bulbs, and use a hairdryer ot get rid of the condensation.

I only got the bike on Tuesday and haven't had a real good look as yet. I took it today for a blue slip and noticed that the condensation gets worse whilst riding the bike. Looks like I'll have to pull it apart or wait when I take it to have the braided lines changed

Got to be getting moisture in somehow, maybe the rubber boot/boots that cover the rear where the bulbs go in are not fitting right???? just a idea, have seen it before..
