05 636 - Double Bubble screens

Postby samhasa636 » Mon Apr 11, 2005 7:06 am

Does anyone know if there are Double Bubble screens in Australia for my 05 636? I just can't wait to see what the top half of my speedo looks like :D

Punch "Handcraft Fibreglass" and "Seven Hills" into the "Business Name" and "Town/suburb" fields in the White Pages website, then follow the path which unfurls before you...

...the last few of my bikes have featured their screens. Keen pricing and a very cheery bunch of people.

Ah, can't slip under your radar hey Dave?

Thanks for your assitance and directing us on an awesome ride... tempted to do it again this Sunday

Now that I have the suspension tweaked and the exhaust on the way, the only thing left is a screen that reveals the all important speed and rpm figures.

If anyone on an 05 636 wants to get their suspension dialled by someone who races them (well the 600), PM me and I will send you the guys info. I only got it done an hour a go, but even on the ride home I can feel the bike has been transformed. Already it is feels more confidence inspiring. Highly recommended.

its cool re yesterday - one of my favourite routes.

there's better roads out there tho, the oxley's one of em.

be prepared to clock up the k's on your new steed if you want to find more bends.

and yeah, to be honest your screen sucks, i was surprised when i sat on it, that i was viewing the speedo unit THRU the screen.. so yes, an appropriate topic you put up - get a dub bub! :D

mmmmm, and I WAS thinking about giving you a ride on my bike :? , now I will think about whether I can afford to

Sent racersden an email, so we will see what they can do. Otherwise I will be ordering a Puig from the US.

yeah well the 2nd screen had a spider crack down at the base just above the headlights from a well aimed stone, bike was cold, stalled coming up the driveway onto the road, i lost balance when i let the clutch out and the bike went over - car just happened to be there unfortunately.. only a couple nicks on the engine case and that was it apart from the nicely halved screen...

btw, i'd be up for a spin on your bike.. :D preferably up the oxley.

Have you looked at http://www.ksrc-au.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3165

Don't bother with RacersDen :
Unfortunately not yet. We will be placing a large order for more of these screens for the newer models in the coming months, just waiting for all the new models to get released

Cheers

Ermax make the Aeromax (double bubble) for the ZX6R 05 as for the new Z750S 05.

Price for a coloured Aeromax screen: $281.20 and $263.72 for clear, smoked or Grey. You will have to deduct the KSRC discount from the prices and you'll be sweet. I know it is dearer than the competition, but it is top quality stuff.

Availability is 3-4 weeks. Greenmeanie got an Aeromax, it fitted perfect on his ZX7R...

If you want performance and looks, you can't beat the Aeromax. It does give you a3-4 km/h increase in top speed, and provides better airflow and protection.

I'm thinking of putting another order end of next week....

Cheers
