zx14 suspension settings

G'Day fellow kwaka owners,
Could anyone give me some front suspesion setting ( preload, compression & rebound ). I'm 6ft2 & 115 kg. Any help would be appreciated.

Everyone is differnt but for a set up guide theres some good info here.
