Keep an eye on the electrics, Rec/Reg and or Stator can be weak. - Nothing else to watch out for in almost 30,000km.

Expect to grin lots :D

Yur just jealous....... :kuda:

Bought mine 6mths ago 8000kms/$8500/six months reg left, $10k......mehhh....look at how much the '08 & '09 have been discounted to move them. Stories of $13k ride away everywhere..

with the change it's now got, a PC3, timing retard eliminator ( best $60 I've spent so far ), rearsets, quickshifter, glass, Leo Vince exhaust, a pile of spares..etc...

Quick appraisal @ 6mths.....awesome toy, hard to keep below warp speed, bit hard on the wrists at commuting speeds- but then what proper sportsbike isn't, limited luggage attachment points, better power to weight than nearly anything else on the road, spark plugs are a bit expensive locally, ...yadda yadda yadda.....better than ANY honda...fuck yeah...

What to get next......another one...and go race again.

go the 10 over a 9....

duck for cover!

if you like your 6 and want more "holy shiiiiiiiiiiT" times. buy a 10.

if you like a bit of sports touring and commuting, go a 9. but good ones are becomming thin on the ground. 8)

yeah the 636 will handle better. really only due to its lightness. 8)

With the sun out :D But like Glen Im running a blown fork seal for the next week so bushy check forks for signs of leaks. Otherwise the Gumby is reasonably comfortable on longer rides. At least the Gumby is still upright on this trip
