Cloning ZX Black transponder

I only have the one Black Key for my 2005 ZX6R, and would like to get a spare key cut.
Does anyone know where you can get the Black keys cloned in Melbourne? As I tried to get the black key cloned at a Automotive locksmith, and they couldn't do it and they said they had the lastest wr4 key transponder cloning software.
