Hey people,

just thought I would write a post after having taken my girlfirend out on the back of the baby ninja for the first time......

first off the gf loved it so I imagine more riding and a few nice days to the southern highlands and or south coast shouold be in order. Secondly the bike did pretty bloody well for a 250. I will need to set the preload on the rear shock to a firmer setting but the bike travelled pretty well...that and changing the rear preload is all i can do to it ...

the bike cruised at 105km/h comfortably!! hills will require some movement of the right wrist but i cant really complain... it is a 250. It also has enough braking power provided your being sensible which i am of course ;)

long and the short of it is that this bike keeps suprising... cheap, economical, stylish, fast (enough), and will do some two-up riding...

cheers guys...

Owen

couldnt tell exactly but physics would have to suggest that it did chew up more fuel.... around town it idled higher than it usually does as the engine is working overtime with all the starting and stopping.... highway work wouldnt bother it....

shame bout the bike... ur missing another PITS run tomorrow morning...
