OMG! The crim is awsome!

Postby Aussie Ninja » Fri Nov 02, 2007 10:49 pm

 Took a crim for a spin today. OMG! I've ridden the '07 and a couple of gixxers and an R1 and they were ok, but all were slower steering than my 6 as you'd expect. I was ready for the same thing out of the 05, but holy crap those things steer quick. :D I've gotta have one. In orange, with a steering damper.

[Checks Garage...] Nope mine's still there, so it wasn't that titanium one

...and yes I fully agree, they are an awesome bike

.....and given the speed of the two riders of a certain green '04 I'm not going to argue the toss on that one cupcake ;)

suffice it to say the crappy faded green of the 04 is clearly overshadowed by the brighter more lustrous hew of the 05 Green (albeit somewhat slower)

and yes you're right they are a pretty fine motorbicycle

damper shmamper... just get more weight over the front, even though its bloody hard when you open the throttle

But yeah, if I had the readies, I would buy one myself - does help when gunning it through bumpy sections of road.

And tests at the ponds institute show that Black crims are 73% more hardcore and reduce the signs of aging by 17% more than their counterparts

dam right,

the black ones are soft and dont promote the stress of the green ones, green ones scare the shit out of you and bring all the grey hairs out, and stretch all ya skin when it gets pulled backwards!

Mmmmmm............................. This research, by chance, wouldn't happen to have been conducted at the ponds institutes infamous test and research centre the "Chain Of Ponds test circuit"???????? And if so, does the Ponds institutes' "chain of Ponds Test Circuit" include the rigorous descent of "The Corksrew", the humps, bumps, jumps and trunks of the "Mad Mile" section and of course the world famous "Cuddly creek" high speed test bed!!!! If so, then the results are no doubt infallible!!!
