well the failed there.. that pipe is huuuge.

No, it ain't. Look closer at the action shots, and compare the size of the muffler to the size of the rider's boot next to it. Also, look at where the exit of the pipe is relative to the back tyre. The whole thing could probably fit inside a GSX-R1000K5 stock muffler with room enough for it to rattle around.

It may not be as physically large as the gixxer's, but it looks it, and it looks uglier. At least suzuki put some effort into the aesthetics of theirs, at least for the 05/06 anyway. I think it will be a good looking bike with a tasteful aftermarket pipe.

i personally dont like the look of the new zx-10.i was looking at buying the current model['07] so this may have reinforced the decision for me.i believe the dealer mark-up on these bikes is around $1,700.any suggestions for the best deal on an '07 zx10? they must be having runout prices now.
what is a 'gen 2'model? and i thought the front forks of the current model already had the DLC black coating on the inner fork tube.

Give me a call on 02 9699 7800 for the deal of the century on an '07 model! What colour were you after?

I think I'd be saying 'No more wife' right before I changed the locks.

Just a thought ...

With the exception of the can I think it is the best looking of recent 10's, curious to see how a Muzzy, Arrow or Akra change the looks
