Availability of ZX10R and ZX14?

Postby Shifty » Wed Jan 18, 2006 12:28 pm

Hi guys

I've been told by my local Kawasaki dealer to expect the ZX10R on the floor in late February, has anyone else heard different?

Also, when are the ZX14s supposed to land... I get the impression they're a fair bit further away.

Is there a difference between the 05 and the 06 ZX10R?

Yeah I will be test riding one to see if it is as good as there sayin........ Lighter than a 12 with more power bout the same ground clearance and comfy. Could be interesting or if not maybe be a good time to pick up a cheap 12 that so many ppl will trade on em.
Test ride will tell :D

Hey, the media was right!!

Postby Shifty » Sat Jan 21, 2006 3:40 pm

Took a late '04 ZX10R for a run... I like.

In every respect it feels better than the ZX6R (636) and you know what, I reckon once I decide between the '04/'05 and '06 models (waiting to see in the flesh before shitcanning it) I'll have one in the garage.

Keeping in mind the $5k price difference and the fact that the early ones look better in pics, I'd say they're winning hands down at this stage.

For those wanting to know the difference, pics of the '06 model... looks much better side-on in the titanium colour! :)
