165?? 170??

they should be running 120/65 and 180/55 i reckon...

u dont mean u went from a 120/65 to a 120/70 do u ??
that will affect the turn in.. not by a huge amount i wouldnt think....

umm is it scrubbed??

we are talking abt the front right?? i always go soft front..even if u go a harder rear...

I looove the pilot powers, standard sizes ... very confidence inspiring and last suprisingly long!

Hate pilot powers.

Try the Pirelli Diablo.

I like the higher end Pirellis like Supercorsa Pro or the Dunlops 209 Sportmax GP.

Not the best for every day but have the grip i like.

Unless you do lots of track days I recommend Michelin Pilot Road 2 they are fantastic and can be driven hard in the dry and wet. As they are medium soft at the centre and very soft at the sides they will wear quickly on the track.

Since you are a Thomo' i'll cut you some slack! But the words Soft and Pilot road can't be used in the same sentence!! My understanding is that the road has a power edge. SO the edges are softish with the centres harder! ;)

My understanding is that a 1 rating is soft and a 3 rating is hard. The Pilot 2 has a 2 centre and a 1 side rating, that makes them fairly soft. I also notice that the softer sides wear in proportion to the centre preventing that 'flat' centre section when commuting.
