How the RTA (or Qld equivalent) could possibly test any motor vehicle to establish without doubt that it was putting out *10% more power than standard*, without going to huge expenses of dyno testing, having an established accepted baseline of HP in the first instance etc etc, for the
hundreds of different vehicles on the road, is just beyond comprehension really......
