07 ZX10 cam question.

Hi can someone explain this to me as l've never seen before. I spent the weekend doing my valve clearances on my 07 ZX10, on the intake cam 1 lobe on cylinder no.1 & 1 lobe on cylinder no. 3 both have a different profile. This has got me wondering as to why, in the workshop manual all it has is cam height spec and nothing for these other lobes profiles.
