Fan noise ZX2R

Today when starting the bike after work, noticed that the fan started straight away and was making excessive noise. The fan noise is so loud that i can hear it even when riding. My bike wasnt overheating and had not been ridden all day. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Sounds like the probe is faulty.
07 ZX14 - How fast ?? As fast as i want to go !!

maybe its fan powered? like an EA falcon.... :lol:
