KBC VR-1X full face helmet, not so good.

Chris had one. Wasn't bad but quality was a bit average

Not surprising there are some pretty cheap poor quality lids being flogged, have to question how some of them get past standards

i mean i know of some blokes who are openly selling the standards sticker
and yet we cant buy a snell,dot or ece rated helmet

system works well doesnt it!

This is why I like sticking to the Arai, Shoei, AGV, Bell......they've been making lids for years and you very rarely hear of problems. Thats not to says there aren't some good alternative lids out there but I reckon they''re more of a risk

and have you reported them to Fair Trading/RTA/etc ... ?

recently crash tested a THH helmet turn 1 eastern creek go cart track and slid at least ten metres wore down top layer of chin guard and scratched visor. No head issues not even a head ache. I've just brought the exact same model on sale 79.95 and believe THH uses old Shoei designs.

no, because i like have working, attached legs and arms; and a house without bullet holes!
mind you, he has been raided by the nsw police at least 10 times in the last year, and the 1% omc he belongs to is constantly under 'supervision' of the police, so if they cant, or wont then wtf can i do about it!

Anyone who wears one of those Kilin Skull caps helmets doesn't have any brains to protect

I have 2 helmets, the older one being the KBC-VR2.. I binned it with the kbc nearly 4 years ago, and apart from a few scratches, it did its job fine Personally I found it has better internal padding, and less noise then dearer brand helmets Ive tried like Shoei etc..

I was an Arai guy for a while then I discovered I had a Shoei Head !
Now I am comfortable

I have one and it's fine.Like that other bloke said,it really is very quite compared to my agv..

Well this is awkward.

I had one in 2004 - it's certainly large and heavy compared to my 07 Shoei - never went tarmac surfing in it, so couldn't tell you of it's protection quality - makes a good go-cart lid though.
