Fog city or pro grip visor inserts work very well. I have a fog city on my tinted visor and it works very well. No fogging ever.

Used to use them on my suomy years ago, worked well, but i wear glasses now, and they fog up on the track!!! and thats a bugger, my new arai has vents on the visor, and some sort of set up in the chin guard, that supposed to work, or so they say!!! sort of helps.
with the new arai u can break the seal, ie lift it up a notch, and still lock it in place, that helps.
Just stop breathing, that will work :) :)

Go and buy an anti fog insert for your visor. I have used both the Fog City and the Hyper Optics brands. Both worked well, although I think the Hyper Optics ones last longer and don't scratch as easily.

ALL those liquid anti fog substances work OK .. ish... . But none of them hold a candle to an anti fog insert.

This looks pretty cool. Like transitions lenses + anti-fog. Might get one for my clear visor.

The option is a breath guard, used them in the past, my suomy came with one, beauty is u can just take it out if u dont need it at the time.
Dont kno about the arai, sure they would have something tho??

Do what I do and take them off. I find it better when I can only see fuzzy shit. It stops me worrying about oil, gravel or other hazards so I tend not to react to them and crash as a result.

to explain fully, what I find is that if I can see the oil, gravel, water.... I tend to react and that can actually cause a crash. I find if I don't see it, I go through it, the bike walks around and gathers itself back up again, before I have had a chance to touch any controls and fuck it all up again!!!

I run the Hyperoptics transition anti fog lense. It works a treat. You can get away with your clear visor on a sunny day.

I can get away without them, reading mostly, broke them at broady a while ago, and did the rest of the day without them.force of habit, i just wear them all the time.
Pain it arse at times, when they move around, got new ones now, and took my new helmet with me when i got fitted, sit in my new arai well, so see how that goes!!

Really impressed with it, 1st arai ive ever bought, 1st helmet i ever bought was a bell, used them for years, i had a bell pro on when i crashed my drag bike at speed back in 82, big crash, 4 days in a coma, they tell me i was bleeding from my , ears, nose and mouth!! doctor told me that the helmet saved my life, the bell pro was a race helmet only, big chin piece, and extra 2 layers of fibreglass, from memory. tho it took me many years to recover, fits and blackouts year and a half later, and to this day i dont remember a thing.never rode for 2years afterwards.
funny tho, i never wore another bell, went to AGV for years, then suomy for last 12 years, and now arai.
