Advice on Riding gear

Hey guys, sorry but im sure this question has been asked many many MANY times before.

BUT

i looking at getting some proper riding gear, I already have a good Jacket, and a helmet, (not brand named but still legal) what im after is

Summer Gloves
Riding Shoes, (prefer shoes or something comfortable that i can still walk around in all day)

bit of a oxymoron but i want something Good and Cheap

if you can wait (you might be waiting a long time, or they could come up tomorrow) sign up to the bikegear warehouse newsletter/ daily product offer and wait for a special, usually somewhere around 50% off thair :) normal price.....

To be honest tho, when it comes to gloves my hands are worth the extra $50 to get something from a proven brand

It's well worth paying the extra $$ on boots and gloves - hands and feet can be pretty useful ;)

Also check out MCAS - they often have good specials.

Rather than looking for boots you can walk around in all day get good boots and carry your walking shoes to where you're going.
I don't like the term insane - I prefer mentally hilarious!

Alpinestars, dainese, shift etc etc are all good. I prefer alpinestars myself.

supose you cant put a price on Safety, two brands i have found that do some cool looking stuff (well for me anyway) is Joe Rocket and Masei

spend as much money that you can afford on these vital human itmes!! :shock:
just make sure to try them on before buying in store or online.

I grabbed Alpinestars all the way. The Indy jacket is great for warmer days (keeps you warm on cool days too). If you want more casual gloves, the Ventilator ones are fantastic.
Needs more CCs between his legs.
