I don't care.....

Postby kaneg » Sun Jul 25, 2010 4:36 pm

.......where you're getting your crash knobs from , just as long as you have them on your bike!

Yesterday, I have came off at T2 at EC, the bike had minimal damage, due to having crash knobs on.
As you can see from the attached pics the three contact points have saved the day. 8)

as for myself........a bit more repair is needed

I think the new levers changed the weight distribution on the bike and changed the balance which made you crash...

Sorry to hear about your off pete, I had a off a couple of weeks ago t3 fortunatley I was okay but the bike is not so good.
Even still the crash knobs saved alot of important bits in the flip and slide.
They can also go along way to protecting standard engine casings therefore no oil on the track and not putting everyone elses day on hold.

Hope you get well soon.

Bummer Pete, although the bike looks OK.
I'm sure you know someone who can hook you up with most of those bits.

Hope your OK, but I gather by being taken away in the ambulance your not ..?

Good luck with healing Pete - hope it's not too bad all up.
The bike's only a suzuki - those bent bits are a good excuse for an upgrade ;)
