MotoLegion jeans - an alternative to Draggin's etc....

Postby Gosling1 » Sat Apr 24, 2010 9:50 pm

For anyone who is interested in buying some decent-quality riding jeans, but is a bit put-off by the cost of Hornee's, Draggin's and Sartso Killer duds - there is a new alternative on the market.

MotoLegion.

These jeans are being imported & sold by a local down here, so the overheads are very low.

I have been using a pair of the original-design jeans now for a couple of months, and they are really comfortable, look great, and have more kevlar lining sections than your standard Draggin's. They are also sold with CE-approved armour that can be fitted or removed as the user sees fit, for the knee/shin area (1-piece protector) and also the hips. The design has been improved with feedback from buyers.

These jeans have the following features:

14oz h/d denim - washed appearance
270GSM interwoven dupont kevlar on knees , thighs and buttocks
YKK zipper , quality rivets
triple-stitching along the major seams and double-stitching for all other seams

Here are some pictures of the current style of MotoLegion motorcycle jeans.....

If anyone is looking for some top-quality riding jeans and does not want to pay well over $200 a pair for the privilege, then you should have a look at these MotoLegion jeans.

The ebay site where these are being sold can be found here.

The jeans are available for $125 posted, direct from MotoLegion. They are not available in stores.

If anyone is looking for some user-feedback, you can ask here or send me a pm, or you can send an email directly to motolegion@gmail.com

I am not on any sort of commission for advertising these jeans, basically I was just looking for some good-quality riding jeans about 3 months ago, when the prototypes for these were being made for MotoLegion. I think they are a great, easy-wearing jean that look just as good when you are hitting the pub, as they do when you are riding your bike.

cheers

Bogan bought some of these last weekend - and compared to my Draggins they are top value - really well made, more kevlar plus the armour, and they look great :kuda:

Recntly buoght some Draggin Jeans chinos for work purposes now lost too much weight so they don't fit :( Will be interested once I get a little more financial again probably, just bought a new bike and that's kinda cleaned me out a bit.

Ordered mine Sunday and received them today. Not bad seeing Monday was a public holiday. Spot on for size, very comfortable and warm. Appear to be well made and will give them a run on Saturday. So far good value for money, and the missus got a "free" t shirt as well, too small for me.

Here's some feedback! After riding for four hours and not wanting to stop because you are having so much fun and needing to go for a piss...like...your back teeth are floating....the last thing a rider wants to do is to have to undo FLY BUTTONS!!!! A zipper makes more sense on riding jeans I reckon. Buttons are a donkey fuck to get undone when your are absolutely busting!

Hmmm like the idea of the armour... Something I really dont like about the dragons is the lack of that think I may be ordering a pair soon! :) Thanks Gos
