RST Pro Winter Gloves

I bought myself a set of these the other week after finally getting sick of the old teknik half season ones I had, I originally went looking for Dririders but after checking out the RST's finally decided to give them a go. At $99 I figured there can't be too much downside.

After using them for an early run up the old road on Sun I'm pretty impressed though. They're a textile glove, but with leather grippy palms and hard protection over your knuckles and middle fingers. At first I was a bit dubious of the textile factor but they are really good. They seem to have protection in all the right places, have a nifty little wiper blade on the left thumb, are really comfortable and warm and aren't stupidly bulky like most winter gloves.

I haven't tried them in the wet so far but I'll be interested to see how long it takes for water to get in.

If you're after a decent winter glove that's not too pricey though I'd definitely recommend these.

These young fella's don't understand how much pain the cold can cause to old, arthritic fingers, so you enjoy those toasty warm gloves Glen, you deserve it :kuda:

....and I reckon I know what the next mod is and it's sacrilege in my book :P

Now Mick...are you seriously suggesting that a ZX10 isn't going to look good with a top box and panniers ;)

I reckon even I could get one to wheelie with those on it, especially I'd done something else to help move my weight back a bit ;)
