Looking for Leather repairer in Sydney

Postby mckimsmith » Wed Aug 23, 2006 9:38 am

I can see a lot of recommendations for Mars Leathers in Melbourne. Does anyone know of or can recommend a good leather repair shop in the Sydney area?

I haven't had work done for quite a few years, but a lady named Dushi used to do repairs from her house at Auburn/Lidcombe. Used to do a pretty fair job too and used to do all the warranty work for MCA (R Jays)

Her number was 9648 4875, don't know whether she's still doing it though.

DBT at Yagoona do some selective repairs but they pick and choose based on the brand of the suit.
It's really all about standing around drinking Dave's beer.

A few folks I know recommend DBT. They specialise in 1 piece race suits and ARE picky about what they repair. By all accounts pretty good though

It's only my pants that need repair and I'm going to have to weigh the cost of new ones against any repair quote. (That probably rules out DBT)

Dont have the number handy but they're on High St.
