Alpinestar Sliders

Postby Damon Z1000 » Tue Jul 11, 2006 8:41 pm

Hey guys, whereabouts in Sydney can I get some new toe and heel sliders for me boots?, they got big time mangled in me stack.

Ya know the aluminium ones

No smart comments about, how about learning how to use knee sliders first

Cheers in advance

MCA at Parra have the velchro and screw in toe sliders. They are on the wall behind helmet counter.
As for the knee sliders get em off Kaneg (KSRC sponsor), they are only $17.50+postage.

See ya soon

Waza matter Hoffy, some one spray yu?

I have followed a "me" and my bum still gives a pucker when they come back, too much old skool I'm afraid, in those days sparks meant ouch !!!!

While on that subject have you ever heard any of us "old" riders complain about (or adjust other than for pillions) the supsension of our "new" bikes?
My opinion is once you sampled old skool shocks this new stuff is like magic so why touch it
I mean even the best CB900 BolDor with welded frames and Ohlins never handled anywhere near as good as my clapped out 7 that I ony changed the oil because I had to change the seals.....
Mind you when you DO replace the dolphin oil and set them up properly they really DO feel like magic.

Oops back to thread....
