Sorry setting up my Gay Ernie pic and missed the posts in between.
Wait a sec and I will go and get a shot of the leathers and helmet
I hit a table drain.... long long story and it still hurts...
The pipes only bent in one spot from where it landed.
Everything including rims will have to go to Kellet (I guess??) to be checked
I dont want it breaking after doing a stoppie or something

I've had Aplniestar GPS's I think. They were a great boot, very comfortable and good protection but the bastards fell apart (the soles came off).

My son had a pair of Alpinestar Tech 4 MX boots and they were a great boot, very comfortable and good protection but the bastards fell apart (the soles come off). Got replacement soles and had them put on by a bootmaker and the bastard fell off. I eventually gave up threw them away and bought Gaerne MX boots (absolutely sensational)

I've currently got Sidi road boots and they are brilliant (but they may still fall apart, who knows)

My last pair of boots, Frank Thomas, lasted 10 years before the sole fell off. Rather than have them reglued (the boots and sole were still great), I bought some Alpine Star SMX Plus's. Which I have had for about 18 months now, and have probably done maybe 30,000 klms on them in all weather. They are not a waterproof boot, but are good for about 3 hours before the feet get wet.

They are super comfy, and have loads of protection including a little inner boot. They squeek like a bastard, but it doesn't worry me as I very rarely walk around while i'm asleep!

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?
