Just bought rsr2 carbon, light, fits & looks good, noisy at speed, all acceptable. But the visors both clear and tinted won't shut completely down. No more adjustment, minor annoyance however on a long trip little things like that become annoying and uncomfortable.

Depends what your budget is Hoffy & how the Shark fits. I found the Shark & the Shoei both good fits. The only difference for me was that the particular Shoei i was looking at was going to be about $300 more.

Really loudly! Opening or closing the vents doesn't seem to help at all. The adjustment seems minimal. Has anyone else had problems with this?

Replying a few months later is better than nothing. I own the exact same helmet even the same colour lol. My visor both tinted and clear shut 100% but the whistle comes from having the rear vents open. Closing rear vents flows air though to the visor providing the middle front scoop is open opening them makes the helmet whistle but when getting over the 100k mark they open on there own so I jam something in them to keep them shut. I personally HATE the helmet Im a size large and the outer deminsions of the helmet are HUGE compared to some of the other helmets on the market for less $$. Cranking over the 250k mark my head almost rips off my shoulders. Helmet is light though Ill give it that much considering its size and apparently 1 of the safest on the market. Iv got a shoe 1000 its a little better I tried my mates shoe 1200 and it gives wicked head shake at over 240k even with a double bubble screen and 3 of us who have tried it have had the same problem. Contacting shoe they replied stating they dont test there helmets at that speed.. WTF?? $1300 and they dont test them? I shit you not Ill ask my mate to forward the email on to me if he still has it and Ill post it but I dont think the devs/administrators allow such things.... or will they?
