Here is testament to how good these boots are. I walked into Bikemart in Ringwood yesterday, while out looking at a late model ZX12 and a new ZRX/ZX14 Fizzer. I went in looking to say hi to Brian the owner. I've known Brian for a looong time and often drop in to say G'day. As I walk in and we see each other, we both notice a simliarity!! Both of us are wearing a pair of camel coloured Thor 50/50 boots!!! He says he often wears them to work, as he is on his feet all day and they are one of his most comfy pairs of footwear. Shoes or boots! I said I wore them for the same reason. While chatting, I mentioned that I might look at a black pair to go with my leathers later on down the track. No sooner had I mentioned it, than he offers me a deal too good to refuse! No time like the present I guess!!! So I ordered another pair in black! They'll arrive next week! Cheaper than a pair of casual boots in the shops, like the camel coloured Macks and Caterpillars! 8)

Only downside is they are not waterproof. But, waterproofing makes em hot, and these are for summer riding after all...so I'll just slip into the Alpine Star Goretex boots for winter riding. During summer, it's not such an issue to get wet feet as it is in winter. :) Did I mention how feckin comfy they are??? :)

If you gave GAS Imports in Tullamarine VIC a call, they would have a stockist list to at least save you some legwork! 8) Or, perhaps suggest a Sydney dealer who would have them. What size are ya mate? You got Canoe Shoes like Hoffy???

Mick, give Canberra Motorcycle centre at Fyshwick a call. GAS reckon they are a stockist. Most shops I have seen only carry the large sizes anyhow! 8)

OK, thanks mate, I'll have a chat to them then. They didn't have the 50/50's there last week, and I know to order stuff in they usually want you to put a deposit on....I'll see what they reckon anyway

Not at all the same as the Joe Rocket boots. Go have a look at them. The 50/50's actually have protection in them. They are like normal boots as far as protection, except for the lack of shin protection. 8)

My Black ones arrived yesterday!!! 8) I might have to go run them in in the snowies! :D
