or 0405 541 278, tell Ian Strika sent ya and he will look after you. He's a top guy, who does good gear, at reasonable prices and has always been awesome to deal with. He does a whole heap of other stuff too. Including the now mandatory for racing chain gaurds, tools, brake bleed kits, brake pads, levers, reasrsets, pretty much anything bike! Especially performance stuff! :)

Marty, perfect cue for the smoking slider pic and you didn't take it.

*edit* I'd just like so thicker sliders. The ones that came with my leathers are about 1cm thick, and seemed to take for ever to get onto the ground.

Swabio ........ a word of warning stay clear of the cheaper ones that have the velcro stapled on to the plastic (they come off if you happen to hit a ripplestrip a bit hard) look for the ones that are glued as they will last longer.... KANEG sell good ones that are glued & are the right shape!

Yeah it does grip a lot. You have to adjust how you use them, but they are awesome in the heat of battle!!!

Generally, my knee only just skims the suface on the track, except in certain situations, where I use it as kinda a brake!! Like turn 2 at the Island and turn one at Broady. There I tend to push it hard into the tarmac and let it act as a partial brake. Works ok. Hasn't spat me off doing it, and I tend to gain on people when I do it. :?

I get the same feel, you can use your knee as a brake to scrub off excees speed when the tyres are fully loaded.

Awesome pic Strika :-)
