Did anyone get a pair of the boots last time and if you did are they any good?

Can the bag be used at the back of a bike...like on the rack?

The tank bag is a great buy. I use mine all the time.
Boots aren't quite so good, but they're fine if they fit you. They're uncomfortably tight around the ankle until they're worn in, but are fine after that.

Bought a pair the first round they came through, boots look almost new still.
Last year i went and bought a second pair of them for whenever these boots need to be retired, they are still sitting in their box in the garage..

penno, i bought a pair of the boots last year and had to visit two different Aldi stores to get the right size and after a breaking in period (read as wander around in the house with the boots on for a week or so) found that they fitted very well and are comfortable (get some funny looks walking around with toe sliders on) but I find I like the boots. The sox are very good and worth the money .

yeah mate only unless your tail section is made of metal then you will still need to tie it down.

have to agree with everyone about the boots...they're tight around the ankles but good once theyre worn in. i cheated though and stuffed mine with newspaper when i wasn't wearing them to widen them out a bit. it helped a heap.
pants good, they keep the weather out but the knee pads in mine sit a little inside the knee instead of in front or slightly outside. gloves good. tank bag awsome. it splits up so you can use differant combinations depending on what you want to carry, wether it be fark all, or sheetloads.
noticed that this year everything is a differant design (except the tank bag looks the same).

Last time i bought the boots without the toe sliders and the double liner, they are a totally differant boot. They were incredably tight around the ankles and the toes were that large i coudnt get my foot under the gear lever.Mind you i bought them on super special $29.00 then flogged them on flea bay for a rediculuos price that i will probably go to hell for

Socks look mega gay I reckon but probably get a pair as it's hard to get socks to match the length of motorbike boots, might even sus the jacket out, need another and at $99 is damn cheap.
