Why would he do that??? Makes no sense? Surely doing figure 8's and the emergency stop is the most likely time a rider will come off... granted the figure 8's are low speed so maybe a jacket would make no difference but if you can't do them with your jacket on what are you going to do out in the real world... stop traffic... say excuse me.. I want to turn around but I have to take my jacket off first!![]()
Anyway... I have the dri rider mesh jacket... not sure excatly what version off the top of my head... I find it pretty good, though it is 3 years old now and a few of the straps or buttons have come off and the liner is starting to split. I also find that the back armour still causes big sweat patches in hot weather so I have removed it. I find mine is definately more of a summer jacket as it is short, so even though it has a rain liner I find it is not effective and are looking at getting a Noridc or Nordic Pro jacket or similar for winter.
Does 5 Star Yamaha have a good range of stuff... I was thinking of going there myself as they are closer than the MC Strip on Albany Hwy.
