Rear hugger ER6 2012 ready for installation.

Cloning the original ER6n 2012 chain cover before match it with the rear hugger...

Image

Mount the chain cover with the hugger by using fiber compound...

Image

Secure it with fiberglass before it crack or broken, before creating a mold...

Image

End product that has been taken out from the mold....

Love your work, Sham ....

Do you do a rear hugger for the 2008 Z750 ?
I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..
If it's got wheels or tits, it's gonna give you trouble !

Thanks 6maniac. I think I have the mold for Z750 hugger. Previously I've done bodyworks for Z750S.

Below are the rear hugger look after spraying with yellow paint... :kuda:

My ER6n had been sold. In return, I get this green ZZR as a trade in + a bunch of cash. This bike come with a seat cowl. I've molded it and need to do some upgrading...

Now is a rainy season over here. It can be raining anytime unexpectedly. For this kind of bike, you can't hide the raincoat anywhere. It's so compact. I don't like to use givi box, so what is the alternative?I've an idea then. Not yet completed but this is the idea... sporty and practical... raincoat inside...

That's some very impressive work!

I was in Malaysia last year and I was amazed at the modified car/bike scene. No one drove or rode a stock vehicle, everything was modified, from wheels to decals and even full body kits. Even the Taxi's all had spoilers and aftermarket wheels.
