Seat from VCM cycle seats - ZX10R

The seat is shaped good and shaped the way I was expecting, I did 450+ kms last Sat and whilst better than the OEM seat, perhaps the gel may have been the go, who knows? There is now very minimal sliding down into the tank, which was very noticeable in the comfort stakes.

Style wise I am impressed, but double green stitching would look tops, some smart ass commented that the green stitching was a bit off centre. I personally looked at it twice when I first put it on and thought it to be ok. I suppose this will sort itself out one way or another after the seat is worn in.

So as far as a critique is concerned after just riding it once, I am happy with the product style but am still wondering what it’d be like for comfort if it had been done with gel inserts.

The service was great and I was kept informed all the way through and follow etc has been top shelf. Keep this site sponser in mind when thinking referbs or blinging your butt holders.

Looks good - the green stitching really sets it off. Let us know what it's like after some time on it.

Gel seats all sound nice and cosy but they get VERY hot in the sun i'm led to believe. Seat looks good.

as for GEL seats guys . it comes down to whom installs them and how they are installed . when i install them i recess them down a freaction more that the deck hight of the seats and a layers of seat foam over the top . this protects the rider for any undu discomfort .
