If you are a short ass it might be benificial but if you are tall I wouldnt bother as there wouldnt be much leg room on the little bike.
The benifits are ground clearance & foot position
The downfalls are cramped feeling, the cost & availibility of spares
Personally I would leave the 250 as is.... keep your bucks for a bigger bike & dont throw it away on the 250

For what its worth I raced a CBRR250 & the foot pegs allowed plenty of clearance as is....... & your bike should be similar ;)

+1 on Rob's advice.

Rearsets are really only necessary if you are dragging the stock footpegs/levers, and wearing them out.

If you aren't, spend the money on suspension mods - this will make you faster !!

Agreed. Have you suspension sorted, then when you start dragging pegs raise rear ride height. If it still gets too much then rear sets are necessary.

rear sets ya silly woman...

its not like he was calling it by the wrong name..

so before u try to insult sum1 ... do a bit of homework :P

rear sets are an aftermarket set of footpegs that can be moved around into different positions ...
