seriously though, how do they go for visibility? or are they really just a token effort towards having mirrors?

let the guy u just passed worry about what's going on behind you.

Personally speaking I like my mirrors, bog standard ZZR mirriors but they are mirrors not some token piece of crap on the handlebars that is there to be looked at rather than in...
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"

I though the same till I sat on the ten at the photoshoot. That had pigspotters and visability was fairly good.

Mirror is convex so you still have same vision. Ya just have to
get used to the difference in how everything looks & distance etc

A mate's VTR1000 has mini-mirrors with concave glass. They have the handy feature of making things a metre off your ducktail appear to be 100m back. Bloody dangerous things... infinitely less ugly than those shitful-looking things, though.

Alternative is to pop these on if you wanna remove mirrors.

Mirror Block-Offs
