foot pegs and heel plates

Postby knightrook » Sun Jan 31, 2010 10:28 am

Im looking for some new heel plates for my zx9r, and also some pillion foot pegs but i cant seem to find them ANYwhere, ive tried on ebay and they have 'some', but nothing that really would suit the colouring im going for... green and silver (original, i know...) apparantly those colours just ARENT popular enough to have on ebay! im most interested in getting the pillion pegs and mounting brackets, the previous owners wife apparantly had steel boots and chipped pretty much everything off. I havent tried a kawasaki dealership yet... the guys in my local one are a little bit... 'salespersoney' which just irritates the crap out of me, they'd probably try to get me walking outta there with a new bike instead of some new pegs... any (helpful) suggestions would be great! =P

Get part numbers, be polite to them and say you're ok and go to parts desk, voila, bullet dodged!

Try these guys http://www.powersedge.com/pages/parts/v ... asaki.aspx

My dad has used them a couple of times and recommends them - priced well and quick postage service.
