h brackets

ive had it suggested to me that an h bracket of a zx6r will fit onto a zx9r . the only side effect being it will squeeze the screen in and up a bit.
does anyone have any objections to this or any potential problems this may cause?

Its only aluminium so you can bend and push it around abit if it a problem
