brake fluid in braided brake lines

Postby MrStompy » Wed May 10, 2006 3:11 pm

I just receieved my braided brake lines from Austreetfighter

Im going to fit them this weekend.

Does anyone have a reccomendation for brake fluid?
or are they all much the same?

i remember in a thread recently someone was talking about different brake fluids but i cant remember who wrote it or which thread i saw it...

plus i am at work and i am meant to be working - not searching through threads

head down supercheap and use whatever you like to fill and bleed them through

ride it a few times as you may still have air in there ,

then if you want to change to the $25 Motul then go for it , you wont waste it and will prob be lucky to use half a bottle , share the other half with another bike or a mate

good idea if you know the colours of the fluids ( different fluids have different colours) makes it easier to bleed through
