yep
and thats why you lot make me ride leader
and thats why everyone has come back in 1 piece
on our rides......

Yes, you do a good job Ian, and how many people have got a speeding
ticket on our rides, as well.
They are designed for the whole group, all skill levels and to keep
everyone together. Thanks to tail end Charlie, Ron as well. Yes, we all
know you guys are performing a duty and can ride a lot faster than you
do on a ride. (As I've seen from both of you);-)
Whilst where on the subject.
I do have one dilemma with the Do's and don'ts of a group ride and don't
pass the leader. I see no harm in this and will continue to do it, so I
get the most out of my riding and enjoy the day. I enjoy the group
rides, but I get the urge, as do a few others, to take off for a bit of
a blatt, and catch up at the next meeting point. The main group is still
together, I have had my fix of fun (along with others), the less
experienced riders haven't been pressured to ride quicker than they are
comfortable with and everyone is happy.
Am I wrong in thinking this way? Should I organise alternate rides?
Cheers
Rob.
