My Tyre OUCH!!!(I was lucky)/HELP PLEASE?

Had to go to Penrith on Sunday for a quick visit,then heading back home on Pennant Hills road Carlingford.
At least three car behind a small truck doing 60,then I felt something hit my right hand side Boot,then a loud CLANK!!!

It hit the swingarm then my tyre.
Pull it out on sunday night when I got home,Iam still riding to work has'nt gone down yet.(nasty mark on the inside of the armfrom riding home at 40ks)
I know I am up for a new tyre SSSShhhT just what I need before Christmas

Lucky I guess??!!!

You just can't estimate the variety of things that can possibly ruin your day. :roll:

Glad your OK and thank your demons that nothing other than a new tyre is required, cause you coulda crashed, been pierced or both when you consider it all.

Yeah could have been worse... It could have happened in Penref and you would have been stuck... In Penref... :shock:

Pabs,

Me and Missus me are moving to Five Dock this weekend. We've been staying with a mate (Steve who you met at Wisemans) and now that we both work close to the city thought it was about time to move within an hours drive...

BTW, I had a similar thing happen to a tyre on my last bike... I had 2 punctures though - much to the dismay of my mate at Pro Honda who had fixed the first one and put the wheel back on the bike before realiseing there was a seond one... :lol: :?
