Hoping someone can advise me on what other year model heads will also fit my 06 ZX10R ?

The 08,09 where quite similar too. The engines are interchangeable. But the 2010 had slightly different frame mounts to engine, so will be slightly different possibly.

The first three generations of ZX10 had interchangeable cams (but all three used different grinds, the gen 3 intake cam was very close to the gen 1 KIT cam) but I'm not sure if you could swap the whole head over between them.
